Consumer Instructions regarding Online Auctions

1. Your right to withdraw

As a consumer you have a period of 14 days in which to withdraw from the contract in writing (letter, fax, email) or by returning the goods without giving any reasons.

The period for exercise of this right shall begin after you have been notified on the acceptance of your bid but not before the goods have been received.

To meet the deadline, timely mailing or returning of the goods shall be sufficient.

2. Consequences of withdrawal

In case of an efficacious withdrawal both parties have to restore what has been received in performance of the contract. If you are unable to restore the goods as received, you may have to pay compensation for the loss in value.

If you exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, it is recommended not to take over the good but to leave it at the storage location.

Returning of goods is at the buyer’s expense, if the value of the goods does not exceed 40.00 Euro.
