VEBEG's Sales Procedure
In accordance with budgetary regulations all VEBEG sales are by sealed bids.
This is not a disadvantage, in fact it gives any potential customers the same
chance to buy government surplus equipment. In order to find out how to purchase
and to be advised on correct procedure, please make yourself aware of the
information below.

Goods are sold in lots ex storage location of our
clients. |

Sales are pursuant to our General Terms and Conditions. |

Goods are mostly used and offered for sale "as is" and "where is" exluding any warranty
claims. |
 |
Bidders are invited, urged, and cautioned to inspect goods thoroughly prior to submitting a bid. Goods are available for inspection at the places and times specified in the tender catalogues. |

Send bids in writing preferably on "VEBEG's
Bidding-Form" and prior before Tender-Deadline expires. |

Registered Users can generate a customized Bidding-Form by using the Shopping-Cart in their Online-Account. Users with an activated account can also submit bids online. |

Use the correct bid basis, e.g. per item, per ton or
enbloc. |
 |
VAT will be charged in addition to the bid-price. In case of Intra Community Deliveries to a member state within the EC, the invoice shall be without
VAT. |
 |
The bidder whose bid has been accepted will be notified by means of a Commercial
Invoice. |
 |
Payment of the invoice amount shall be received by VEBEG within 10 days of date of invoice. On payment of the full invoice amount, buyer will receive a release-note authorizing him to collect the goods. |
