Fahrzeugbrief / Vehicle Title
Bei Fahrzeugen, für die kein Fahrzeugbrief vorliegt, erhält der Käufer zusammen mit der Abholvollmacht ein „Certificate of Ownership“.
If a vehicle title is not existent the purchaser will receive a „Certificate of Ownership“ attached to the releasenote.
 
Zoll / Customs
Das Fahrzeug muss vor der Abholung beim zuständigen Zollamt durch eine in Italien akkreditierte Zollagentur abgefertigt werden. Wegen des EU-Zollkodex ist die Abgabe einer schriftlichen Zollanmeldung zwingend erforderlich.
Prior to pick-up vehicles must be cleared through the local customs office by a customs broker accredited in Italy. According to the EU Customs Code a written customs declaration has to be submitted.
